Your day begins with a guided walk through the estate’s olive orchards, where you’ll learn about the art of olive cultivation and harvesting, as well as the family’s commitment to environmentally respectful farming. As part of this unique adoption program, you will select or be assigned your own olive tree, complete with a personalized certificate, connecting you directly to the land and its harvest. 

The highlight continues with a visit to the orciaia, the traditional olive oil cellar, where freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil is carefully stored. Here, Prince Corsini and his team will guide you through a refined tasting, teaching you how to distinguish the delicate aromas, flavors, and characteristics that make Tuscan olive oil one of the finest in the world.
