Emiko Davies is a food writer and photographer. She’s half Japanese, half Australian, but has spent two-thirds of her life living in other countries. After nearly eight years in China, and four years in the US doing a Fine Art degree at Rhode Island School of Design, she ended up in Florence, Italy, where she actually lives.
