PODERE LA VILLA Share our dreamy Tuscan farmhouse with us while recharging your body and mind in a full immersion of vineyards and olive groves. Far away from city noise and crowds, this charming, 200 square meter apartment sleeps 6 people: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with showers, a fully-equipped, spacious kitchen, living room, several dining/lounging areas, a beautiful pool and a luxurious garden. We live in a separate apartment upstairs and are available to answer all of your questions in English, German, French and, of course, Italian! We are located just a few minutes outside of San Casciano where there is a large grocery store, as well as a pharmacy, shops and restaurants. It is an easy drive to Florence (15 Km), Siena (60 km), and Pisa (70 Km). From here you can easily get to San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo, and many other fascinating local villages. Podere la Villa is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful place in the heart of the Chianti Classico wine region. There are a number of easy, beautiful hikes to take directly from our property that take you through vineyards and wooded areas. Or, just relax at home in one of the many lovely eating/lounging areas, or by the panoramic pool (private family pool open mid May to mid October).  It is especially gorgeous here both in the Spring and in September-October during harvest.
