LE COLLINE DI VINCI
Agritourisms
in Vinci
Here in the birthplace of the great Genius Leonardo Da Vinci, you can find this Tuscan stone farmhouse surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, the origins of which date right back to the 16th century.
Completely restored but still in keeping with the original features, the farmhouse is situated on the Montalbano hills, a starting point for those of whom want to visit Florence, and all the other beautiful cities of art that Tuscany is famous for, and then return to the peace and quiet of the countryside.
The main building and the barn, both of historical interest, dominate the hillside with a magnificent, panoramic view over the valley and surrounding rooftops, with San Miniato and the hills of Pisa and Pistoia in the distance.
Around 9 hectares of land surround the farmhouse, cultivated with olive groves, fields and woodland.
The farmhouse boasts two impressive apartments, Leonardo and Gioconda, both with exclusive, independent access, and there is a swimming pool in the summer for the enjoyment of guests staying in the apartments.
Both apartments have ample, private outdoor space equipped with everything required for making the most of the sun and relaxing in the complete privacy and peace and quiet of the olive groves.
All of the surrounding area is of historical interest and a visit (free entrance) to the house where Leonardo was born is a “must” as is a visit to the Leonardo museum in Vinci.
Golf lovers too can indulge in their passion, as a well looked after 9 hole golf course is only 5kms away.
