LA GHIRAIA

 We are in Santa Luce, an ancient village in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by a breathtaking landscape with the scents and flavors of the earth.  Organic Farm and Agriturismo The farmhouse consists of 5 independent apartments, which are located within two typical Tuscan farmhouses surrounded by a garden with swimming pool and various relaxation areas. The cultivation of the land in the Bertoli farm is conducted with certified organic farming methods. The farm has an extension of cultivated land of about 150 hectares, in addition to the land left in the woods. Imagining walking so far on a June day we could admire fields of wheat, alfalfa, on, clover, barley, oats, field beans, hay. We produce an organic extra virgin olive oil from healthy, fresh olives, harvested at a point of ripeness calculated to give them certain flavor characteristics. It is possible to both taste and buy our oil. In 2013 we realized a dream: to produce pasta with wheat produced with passion for over half a century. So we created Molino and Pastificio sul Lago pasta, an organic product, tasty and full of flavor, with excellent digestibility and high protein parameters, as well as organic. We are immersed in nature, in an unspoiled and authentic area of ​​Tuscany, close to the sea and the cities of art. The La Ghiraia farm is located a few kilometers from the Mediterranean coast and in an area of ​​small historic villages with a unique charm: Lari, Casciana Terme, Lajatico, Volterra just to name a few. But it is also close to the main art cities of Tuscany: Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena.
