LA CARRAIA

In the green Tuscany , only 70 km from Pisa in the " Colline Metallifere " of the Upper Cecina Valley , a short drive from Volterra , the Etruscan town , and very near to Larderello , well known for the "Soffioni Boraciferi" (steam jets) , we renovated an old farmhouse according to the rustic Tuscan  style.                                                                                                                      The farmhouse is immersed in the beautiful landscape of the Tuscan countryside. It is ideal for walking and going mountain-biking in the natural reserve of Berignone-Tatti or relaxing on the grounds of our farmhouse."La Carraia" has three flats , each with indipendent entrance , furnished with great care and complete with every comfort. At the guests' disposal a swimming pool , a wood-burning oven , a barbecue , and a hall where you can taste , all together , the best Tuscan dishes , cooked by the farmhouse owners .
