This XIX century Villa is located in the heart of Italy, in an area of Tuscany overflowing in historical character and ancient tradition: Chiusi with its Etruscan heritage is only 5 km away. Pienza, the unique landscape of the Valley Orcia, Siena, Cortona, Orvieto and Montalcino, with its world famous wine, “Brunello”, are all within a short distance. Il Patriarca offers to all its Guests the peaceful atmosphere of a noble villa surrounded by a large cypress park and luxurious swimming pool. The 22 rooms offer a perfect choice for an exclusive stay, each one different from the other in style and decor: 8 of them, found in the” Villa” wing, reflect some elements of the Tuscan character, while the rest, in the recently restored “Nervi” wing, are elegant and romantic in furniture, colour and ambience. For the dining pleasure of our guests, Il Patriarca has two choices: the elegant Michelin star restaurant "I Salotti" featuring a Noble Tuscan Cuisine wich receives a Star Michelin from 2003 and "La Taverna del Patriarca" typical Osteria located in our antique cellar, offering the best of local Tuscan tradition. Our wine cellar has a wide local, as well as international selection. The Villa disposed furthermore of 2 meeting rooms with capacity 25 people and 300 people. For its unique peculiarities the Villa is also an ideal place to host wedding parties or gala dinners. We are able to arrange guided excursions of the area, as well as cooking lessons, wine tasting at the nearby wine cellars of Montepulciano or Montalcino, cheese or oil tasting… we have special reductions for thermal resorts of the area and the possibility to organize personalized massages in the own room of the Hotel.
