IL PARADISO

Perfectly set in a fairytale pine forest and surrounded by numerous centuries-old olive trees, the key word to describe the Residence Il Paradiso is only one: peace. 

With us, in fact, you can find all the relaxation you need while remaining just a few kilometers from the city and its comforts. The apartments of Residence Il Paradiso are all two-room apartments of 40 m2. The double bedroom is large enough to accommodate a third single bed or a camping cot for infants, in addition to the sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate two more people for a total of maximum 5 guests per apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, crockery, cutlery and pans of various kinds, but there is no normal oven or microwave.  

The bed linen and towels are provided by the Residence. Each apartment is also equipped with a TV, clothesline and wi-fi. Upon arrival, a small welcome kit is provided for the bathroom and kitchen. The standard apartments are not equipped with air conditioning, but being located in a pine forest near the sea, the freshness of the rooms is guaranteed by nature itself; however, there are fans. The superior apartments, on the other hand, are equipped with air conditioning, induction hob and modern style furnishings. 

Thanks to our strategic position, in a few minutes it is possible to reach both the sea, the Aquavillage or the Cavallino Matto and all the Tuscan cities of cultural interest. Surrounded by a cool pine forest, near the Tuscan coast, a few steps from our swimming pool, you can taste delicious land and sea dishes at our pizza restaurant, accompanied by excellent wines from Bolgheri and other Tuscan products, even at 0 km.
