Modern, bright and sunny apartment, in a quiet and silent area in the historic center of Pisa (max 3 beds and on request a cot for children aged between 0 and 3 years). The property, consisting of a beautiful and large double bedroom, a pretty single bedroom and a modern bathroom, with window, equipped with shower, also has a comfortable kitchen, a small entrance-living room that overlook a large prestigious garden. The apartment, adjacent to the owner's house, is equipped with heating and is connected to the WiFi network. The linen is changed weekly and before each guest's arrival; further changes have an additional cost. 

The house offers its guests a wide range of services designed for the needs of both short and long-term stays. Special rates are applied for families and medium-long stays. The property is located near Borgo Stretto just 20 minutes walk from Piazza dei Miracoli (Leaning Tower) and 4 minutes from the Lungarni; it is well connected by public transport (which stops a few dozen meters away) to Pisa Central Station and Galileo Galilei International Airport. 

The seaside resorts, Marina di Pisa, Tirrenia and Versilia can be reached in about 22 minutes by car or bus. The cities of Lucca and Florence and Siena can be reached, by train or by car) in about 35-60-80 minutes respectively.
