In the heart of the Bolgheri DOC area, between the sea of the Etruscan Coast and the hills of Castagneto Carducci, Terre dei Ghelfi is a boutique country resort and organic farm surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and Mediterranean gardens. The resort offers an intimate and elegant hospitality experience, designed primarily for couples and travelers seeking peace, privacy, and an authentic connection with nature. The property welcomes guests aged 12 and above, ensuring a quiet and relaxing atmosphere throughout the estate.

Terre dei Ghelfi features only six independent accommodations, furnished with natural materials, warm tones, and contemporary details that reflect the authenticity of Tuscany. Each accommodation follows a self-catering concept and includes a fully equipped private kitchen, a bright living area, and a private terrace or patio designed to enjoy outdoor living in total freedom. Some apartments also feature panoramic terraces and private jacuzzis overlooking the countryside.

Among the resort’s services are a panoramic heated swimming pool open year-round, surrounded by olive trees with views over Castagneto Carducci, a new wellness area with sauna, steam bath, and Technogym gym, as well as e-bikes available for guests to explore the surrounding vineyards, hills, and coastline. Access to the wellness area is by reservation only, maintaining an exclusive and relaxing atmosphere. Covered parking, an electric vehicle charging station, and a water and ice dispenser available throughout the day are also provided.

Within the property, guests will also find a panoramic tasting room immersed in the vineyards, where they can taste the estate’s Bolgheri DOC wines and organic Tuscan PGI extra virgin olive oil, produced following organic farming practices and expressing the unique terroir of Bolgheri.
