CORTE IN POGGIO

The Agriturismo is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, is in the small village of Stabbia in the town of Cerreto Guidi, ancient and picturesque village where a Villa Medici is. Situated between two areas of great environmental concern: a typical terraced hills east of the Montalbano, in the west of the Padule Nature Reserve, the largest inland wetland in Italy, where you can see many species of birds and marsh plants , where for several years and has returned to nest in the white stork. The Agriturismo has the structure of a typical Tuscan farmhouse. There are 8 apartments, each of which bears the name of a flower. Papavero e Pervinca (Poppy and Periwinkle-first floor) are 2 apartments with living room with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Primula (foreground), Giglio, Giaggiolo e Geranio (Primula,Lily, Iris and Geranium-ground floor) are 4 bedroom apartments, living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Each apartment is furnished in typical Tuscan style, has exposed beams and has a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fan, satellite TV, hairdryer, heating, private outdoor space, with table and chairs (can dine outdoors). The Agriturismo offers a swimming pool with Jacuzzi and children's pool, outdoor shower, sunbeds and parasols, bowls,volleyball and mountain biking. A ping-pong, table football and games for children are placed in 
 a large yard in front of the old terracotta apartments. It is also available to guests a common area with barbecue and restored antique wood-burning oven. min stay of 2 nights   Close to the farm can make walking, cycling or horseback (some riding stand a short distance). 5 km from a golf course.   Nature lovers can visit the Nature Reserve of the Padule, while those wishing to enjoy a day of complete relaxation can visit the Baths of Montecatini and Monsummano. Numerous historical and artistic centers in the area: from typical towns of Cerreto Guidi, San Miniato, Montecatini Terme and Vinci, the birthplace of the famous Leonardo, the famous art cities such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca,Pistoia, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra. Not to be missed, for children, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi.
