The farm is located in Borgo Piccaratico namesake of the municipality of Vinci, not far from the capital, in a relaxing landscape of vineyards and olive groves.The agriturismo is the renovation of the old cellars of the farm belonging to the Rossini family for eight generations.E 'consists of 5 apartments of about 35-40 square meters, each with private entrance and front outdoor space for exclusive use, equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, refrigerator, wi-fi, heating and air conditioning. Each apartment has a different dominant color (purple, red, gray, yellow and pistachio), which gives the whole a pleasant tone and cheerful. Guests also have access to a living room where you can meet and get together, also suitable for breakfast, tastings and small meetings.The site also has a large outdoor area with a swimming pool (m.10 x 5) surrounded by terracotta flooring and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, barbecue area with tables and chairs, orchard, kitchen garden, car / motorcycle covered and reserved fenced.The restructuring particular care has been taken to combine the option of offering guests an unconventional structure with the intention to respect the land and culture of Tuscany. For this reason, the interiors are characterized by innovative designs and elements, while the exteriors were made using materials typical Tuscan cotto of Impruneta, Firenzuola stone, wood. Even in the choice of plants were given to those typical of the Tuscan olive trees, laurel, yew, boxwood.Much attention has been paid to the overall protection of the environment, making the structure self-sufficient in terms of energy both through the thermal insulation of the building (insulated roof, insulating plaster, fixtures low thermal transmittance) thanks both to photovoltaic plants for the production of electricity and solar thermal energy for the production of hot water. Were also made systems for the recovery of rainwater and waste water of the irrigation system.
