Immerse yourself in the magnificent panorama of Chianti Classico, 20 kilometers from Siena, in a splendid 19th-century farmhouse surrounded by villages and castles, vineyards and olive groves. The building is situated at the far end of an ancient hamlet called Villa a Sesta, a picturesque centre along the road leading to the historic Castello di Brolio in the heart of the Chianti Classico and Black Rooster areas. 

Villa di Sotto is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions: Chianti, Crete Senesi, Cities of Art (Siena-Florence-Arezzo), Castles (Brolio Castle, Meleto Castle...) are just some of the fantastic places that characterise our land. 
Our bedrooms are all different in style and atmosphere. The furnishings and structural characteristics of each one make them unique: exposed beams, design, terrace, panoramic view are some of the peculiarities that distinguish one room from another.    

Our breakfast is nutritious and healthy, with quality local products, both sweet and savoury, because...well begun is half done! 
At Villa di Sotto you can also find a restaurant serving typical Tuscan cuisine with a large panoramic terrace overlooking Chianti and Siena, open every day from 12:30 until evening. There is also a well-stocked Enoteca where you can compare a wide selection of local and other wines, as well as taste and purchase them.    

For those seeking tranquillity in the green Siena countryside, just 20 km from Siena. The Relax Area/SPA includes a panoramic infinity pool, a Jacuzzi hot tub and a sun terrace with panoramic views. The Wellness Island, on the other hand, includes an outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub near the olive grove. Finally, the Cave hosts a Finnish sauna or biosauna, a Jacuzzi hot tub and a sensory shower.
