Podere L’Agave is a sea-view organic agriturismo where the most authentic Tuscany meets pure relaxation. Set among gentle hills just 3 km from San Vincenzo and its beaches, it’s the perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature. Here we passionately produce organic extra virgin olive oil and artisanal jams, made from fruit grown on our land—delicious souvenirs of a special holiday. Outdoor spaces are designed for everyone’s wellbeing: two swimming pools, two hot tubs, green lawns for relaxing, shaded gazebos, a BBQ area, gym, playground, and charming tree houses for children. Parking is always available. Our independent apartments, carefully furnished, offer all the comforts of home: a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, and freezer), Wi-Fi, Smart TV, safe, air conditioning, and independent heating. Each unit features a private patio or furnished terrace, perfect for slow breakfasts or sunset dinners surrounded by the peaceful countryside. The bar is the social heart of Podere: enjoy a buffet breakfast with organic and local products, light lunches with cheese and cured meat boards, sandwiches, and garden-fresh salads, ice creams for a sweet break, and sunset aperitifs that taste like summer. And yes—your four-legged friend is always welcome.

Just minutes away you’ll find Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri, Suvereto, and Sassetta—beautiful medieval villages full of history, artisan shops, charming alleys, and unforgettable views. Perfect for a leisurely stroll, a traditional dinner, or a glass of wine at sunset. For pure relaxation, nearby you can visit the Calidario Terme Etrusche, with naturally warm thermal water year-round, and La Cerreta di Sassetta, a peaceful oasis immersed in woodland—ideal in any season, even after a day at the beach or hiking. The surroundings also offer stunning beaches such as Rimigliano, the Gulf of Baratti, and La Sterpaia, along with water sports (SUP, surf, windsurf, sailing), scenic trails for hiking and biking, archaeological parks, and the renowned wineries along the Wine Road.

The Etruscan Coast features quiet panoramic roads, gentle climbs through olive groves and vineyards, and routes ideal for both road bikes and MTB.
