Hotel "Da Annita" is located just few minutes walking from San Giovanni's natural SPA. It is very easy to reach : just 20 km from the Exit Valdichiana A1, 30 km from Siena and Arezzo, 30 km from Pienza and 40 km from Montepulciano and Montalcino. "Da Annita" was a tipycal touscan farmhouse, surrounded from the green and the trees of a beautiful secolar garden in the quiet of the country side, converted into a small Hotel.
