Agriturismo Il Ponticello

The agriturismo “Il Ponticello” is a countryside villa surrounded by a large garden, featuring centuries-old trees, and unspoilt old meadows characterised by the intense green of the woods and the silvery green of the olive trees.  Our agriturismo is the perfect location for hiking trips into the natural park of the Calvana hills, for mountain-biking or a place where you can relax in the garden sampling the products of our farm and of the surrounding area. 

The countryside villa, with its ancient tower dating back to the 11th century, offers modern comforts in a traditional environment. Our guests can book one of our two apartments, "La torre del barbagianni" and "La casa del picchio", as a self-catering accommodation or book a room in our traditional bed and breakfast.  The agriturismo “Il Ponticello” is within easy reach of the cities of Prato, Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Pistoia.  

A reliable train service connects Prato to Florence, and, from the station, visitors can be immersed in the renaissance wonders of Florence in just 20 minutes.
