Music from the Orchestra della Toscana amidst Medici villas and Florentine panoramas

From June 6 to July 16, returns the Orchestra della Toscana (ORT) summer festival: Ville e Giardini Incantati (Enchanted Villas and Gardens), in its 9ᵗʰ edition.

The program for the 2025 edition includes 14 concerts immersed in extraordinary places where music, art and landscape meet. The Medici Villas—UNESCO World Heritage Sites—remain the beating heart of the event, with dates in Poggio a Caiano, La Petraia, Cerreto Guidi, Pratolino, Quarrata and Seravezza

New this year is the opening of two unique settings in the heart of Florence: Forte Belvedere and Villa Bardini, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city.

The protagonists will be the first sections and soloists of the ORT—including Giacomo Bianchi, Stefano Zanobini, Viola Brambilla, Fabrizio Fadda and Klara Wincor—accompanied by principal conductor Diego Ceretta and other guest conductors such as Giampaolo Pretto, Aram Khacheh and Giovanni Conti.

The repertoire ranges from Viennese classicism to the 20ᵗʰ century, with music by Mozart, Beethoven, Haydn, Rossini and Tchaikovsky, along with Sollima, Berio, Rota and Honegger, in dialogue with the historic architecture and landscape.
