Two days dedicated to pâtisserie: beauty, art and tradition
The prestigious Villa Guicciardini, a jewel of the Val Bisenzio, will host the Dolce Stil Buono event on October 11 and 12.
2 days of tastings, cooking displays and workshops, starring the know-how of master pastry chefs from the Prato district.
This 4ᵗʰ edition will be a special tribute to tradition, reiterating the importance of the provenance and quality of the ingredients, as well as the painstaking craftsmanship with which these masterpieces of taste are created by the master pastry chefs.
