Hoffman-Ciuffreda Duo: a musical journey among great composers

On Sunday, March 15, at 6:00 pm, Prima Materia will host the 3ʳᵈ concert of the Moments Musicaux Inverno 2026 series, featuring the Hoffman-Ciuffreda Duo comprised of Natania Hoffman on cello and Mariangela Ciuffreda on piano.

The program includes music by R. Schumann, S. Prokofiev and D. Shostakovich, for an evening of high artistic and professional value.

Pianist Mariangela Ciuffreda trained at the conservatories of L’Aquila, Modena and Parma, specializing in chamber music. An international concert pianist, she has collaborated with institutions such as the Fondazione Gioventù Musicale (Youth Music Foundation) and teaches at the Vecchi-Tonelli Conservatory.

Natania Hoffman is an international cellist, having performed on 4 continents as a soloist and member of the Trio Agora. Since 2025, she has directed the Herbststimmungen festival and taught Chamber Music at the Conservatory of Modena.

Admission to the concert is free with a donation for holders of the Prima Materia Events card (€10).
