From Monteriggioni, the evocative Christmas Eve walk
On December 24, Monteriggioni hosts the traditional Christmas Torchlight Procession on the Via Francigena.
The event, which attracts participants from all over Tuscany, is set for 9:00 PM at the Monteriggioni Castle, with the torchlight procession departing at 9:30 PM. The countryside route is approximately 4 km long.
Upon arrival, a Holy Mass will be held in the evocative church of Abbadia Isola.
The BarMam will be open in the cloister next to the church.

- Torches can be purchased on-site (optional)
- From 8:00 PM, free parking in Monteriggioni
- From 11:00 PM, free shuttle service available for the return to Monteriggioni
