Montelupo in Fiore

Sunday, March 15, sees the return of Montelupo in Fiore, the event dedicated to flower and plant enthusiasts that transforms the village into a large sprawling garden every year. 
Not just a market but a festival combining art, nature and tradition with exhibitions, workshops for adults and children, guided tours and a bevy of initiatives for all ages.

Throughout the day, strolling through the historic center, you can discover stands selling flowers and plants, art installations and creative workshops with a floral theme, including those related to ceramics, the city’s iconic symbol. An invitation to experience Montelupo at leisure, being delighted by the colors, scents and activities designed for young and old.

Many of the experiences are concentrated in Piazza dell’Unione Europea with activities for families, market-exhibitions, drawing and decorating workshops, spaces dedicated to animals, demonstrations on natural wellness and tastings of local products. An opportunity to discover the link between nature, creativity and artisan tradition.
