Firenze Rocks

It’s not summer in Tuscany without a solid dose of music. Among the many concerts on the bulletin each year, one of the must-sees is Firenze Rocks, a festival that brings some of the all-time best international artists and bands to the Renaissance city.

Metal, rock and hard rock fans can enjoy an exceptional lineup of top stars in those genres, who perform at the Visarno Arena in the Cascine Park, while also getting in a trip to Florence.

Generally, Firenze Rocks takes place in mid-June and welcomes thousands and thousands of fans from all over Italy and around the world. In past editions, numerous artists have performed including Foo Fighters, Iron Maiden, Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Green Day, Muse, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Metallica. There’s more: Guns' n Roses, The Kills, Wolf Alice, and Frank Carter and The Rattlesnake.

At the Visarno Arena, a hospitality village is set up for the occasion with a special area for medical assistance, a coat check and various stands offering drinks and food.

The 2026 edition will take place on June 12, 13, and 14.
