
EatPRATO, the summer event dedicated to taste, changes shape and gets a makeover.
From June to October, a calendar of events and activities dedicated to the best of the rich and varied culinary production and tradition and to the fine local labels: mortadella from Prato, bread, cookies and peaches from Prato, pastries, dried figs from Carmignano, wines from Carmignano and everything good that the area has to offer.
Two summer events are scheduled in the heart of Prato's historic center:
The June event, La Toscana in Bocca - Alla corte dell'Imperatore, will take place in an exceptional location: the Castello dell'Imperatore in Piazza Santa Maria delle Carceri. Scheduled tasting itineraries declined according to Tuscan flavors, with proposals prepared by the best chefs and pastry chefs in the area; unprecedented cocktails based on Tuscan liqueurs, combined with wines that best convey the essence of these places, will enrich the event with additional suggestions. Special guests and musical accompaniment are also planned.
On June 7, from 8 p.m., a gala event by reservation is planned to benefit the ANT Association.
Minimum contribution €50 for the entire tasting.

An initiative of the City Council, the historic promoting body, in collaboration with Confcommercio Pistoia and Prato, Confesercenti Prato, Confartigianato Prato and CNA Toscana Centro together with local producers and operators in the sector.
