The tasting route:

STEP 1 - Glasses of life, bubbles and appetizers - Review of sparkling wines

• Porcini mushroom and chickpea soup with crispy bread and flakes of grana cheese - Tuscan ribollita soup, lombetto (pork loin) and crostino (toasted bread) (€ 9)

STEP 2 - The great tastings - Rosés, white wines and pasta dishes

• Piazza Mameli, Cantina del Granduca
• Polenta with meat sauce - polenta with cream of pumpkin, taleggio cheese and roasted hazelnuts (€ 9)

STEP 3 - The Big Novelty - Macerated wines, orange wine and gourmet sandwiches
