A cooking course, to learn about the authentic flavors of some of the most famous dishes of Tuscan tradition

I am Silvia, a Cesarina who lives in the historic center of Lucca. I invite you to join me for a cooking class in my kitchen to learn about the authentic flavors of Tuscan cuisine.

We will prepare three types of pasta dishes together: we will start with tasty potato gnocchi served with meat sauce, or alternatively, a meatless sauce for those who are vegetarians, using fresh and high-quality ingredients. The second proposal is the most famous, the unfailing homemade pasta, using only two ingredients: eggs and flour. Finally, we will prepare gnudi and ravioli using only spinach, ricotta, and parmesan cheese.

Notes:

  • comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended

The indicated price is valid for one person (a minimum of 2 persons is required).
