You will meet our chef in front of the main door of Sant'Ambrogio market or at the reception in your hotel and you will begin your guided tour among the stalls of this ancient food market. You will buy together the ingredients for your Tuscan menu!
After a short ten minutes walk, you will reach our kitchen, set in an ancient building at Centro Italiano, in Piazza D'Azeglio 20, where the teacher will show you how to prepare a complete meal.
After the cooking class, the lunch will be served, accompanied with local wines.
Here is the program:
- 10:00am - Meeting point in front of the main door of the San Ambrogio marketplace or at your hotel in Florence. Your chef will guide you around this historical food market.
- 10:45am - Guided walking to Piazza d'Azeglio
- 11:00am - You'll start the cooking class. You'll stay around a large table, assembling the ingredients and working at a Tuscan menu
- 1:00pm - Lunch is served, with all the dishes prepared accompanied with the most appropriate wine
