Private tour of the best of Florence, LGBTQ friendly
Walking tour of the historic center, passing from the Accademia Gallery to the Uffizi Gallery
I think the best way to start out tour is to meet Michelangelo and his amazing David, located inside the Accademia Gallery, together with other masterpieces (the Slaves, saint Matthew, the Palestrina Pietà), all in the section dedicated to the Florentine master.
Once we'll have enjoyed the view of the perfect body of the famous statue, we'll go on walking in the historical center, visiting the most remarkable sites: we will reach the Duomo square, where we'll admire the Cathedral, the Baptistry, the Giotto Belltower and the unique Brunelleschi Dome (all these monuments from outside, NO interior visit).
Leaving the religious district, we'll continue as far as the Republic square, the New Market with its famous Wild Boar, the enchanting Old Bridge (ponte Vecchio) and the Uffizi Loggia, ending in the Signoria square.
After that we'll take a little break and then we enter the Uffizi Gallery to see the collection highlights (Giotto, Masaccio, Filippo Lippi, Sandro Botticelli, Leonardo, Michelangelo).
Dear friends, thanks for reading the details of my tour. I have been working for many years with LGBTQ guests, most of them coming from the Usa. I customized many tours, so please, don't hesitate to contact me if you have special requests. Always a pleasure to welcome you in Florence.
