Pasta-lover cooking class

The cooking class takes place in a country villa surrounded by greenery. You’ll cook in a space full of authentic charm: the kitchen, once a cow stable, is now a warm and welcoming place where we pass down Tuscan culinary traditions. 

You will prepare three types of fresh pasta: tagliatelle, Lucchese ravioli, and gnocchi, following traditional recipes. To end on a sweet note, you will make the king of desserts: tiramisù, reimagined in a special seasonal version.
