Pastificio Morelli, an iconic pasta factory located in San Romano, is renowned for the artisanal production of high-quality pasta using only Tuscan durum wheat "semolina", the Germe di Grano, following traditional methods handed down for generations. You will see the pasta production process, from raw materials to dough, shaping, cutting, and drying.

During your visit to the pasta factory, you will have the opportunity to learn about the process of making pasta, from raw materials to dough, from moulding to various types of cutting and drying. You can also taste our homemade pasta and appreciate the difference in quality and flavor compared to industrial pasta.
