Not the usual experience: out of any technical or professional barrier we will choose between two paths of impromptu mental associations to the tasted wine. 
We will decant the Riserva by providing you with some information on the estate and the wines produced here. 

Then, sitting around a table and in front of a glass of Chianti Classico, we will learn that tasting a wine reconnects us with our senses, allowing us to feel what the body and mind offer us at that moment.
