Cancellation
and no-show policies
Out of the Box Florence retains 10% of the total booking for the management of the booking itself. Customers will receive a refund or credit if canceled with at least 48 hours notice, minus 10%.
Customers will also receive a refund or credit in the event of cancellation by the operator due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
The booking costs applied by the booking portal are non-refundable. Customers can contact us by phone to cancel or to ask for information about it. The no-show will be charged at full price.
The “private experience” or “customised experience” is full refundable ( always exclued the 10% to manage the booking) only if the cancellation or the modification of the bookings is asked 15 days prior the experience, if happens later in less than 15 days to the scheduled departure, out of the box Florence will keep 50% of the booking, in any case transaction costs and the 10% managing costs are always excluded.
