We will offer a different five-course tasting menu every evening, based on the most typical local recipes created with seasonal and short-chain ingredients and accompanied by our sourdough bread.
Every day you will have the opportunity to explore the wonderful surroundings of the Torraccia di Chiusi, with excursions and walks along the Via Francigena and to visit the splendid art cities near us, such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence…
Torraccia di Chiusi is a truly special place, enchanted, not only for the beautiful countryside that surrounds it but also for the vital energy it emanates. It was the site of an Etruscan sanctuary that for centuries and centuries has welcomed the prayers, fears, hopes, and dreams of men who lived in very distant times, along the Via Francigena.
Today it is a historic country residence, agritourism facility, and organic farm with over 50 hectares of land, once owned by an ancient family who lived there for 750 years. The current owners have cared for this place, bringing it back to life until 2005, restoring it with care and attention.
The offer is for 3 nights:
- 400,00 euros per person in a double room
- 460,00 euros per person in a suite (from April 2nd to April 7th)
Prices include
- Three nights' accommodation in a double bedroom or suite, depending on request or availability
- Three dinners for two people (five-course tasting, local recipes, seasonal and short-chain products)
- Buffet breakfast with sweet and savoury specialities

- Tourist tax to be paid to the Municipality of San Gimignano (€ 2.50 per person per night from 14 years)
Cancellation
and no-show policies
Free cancellation up to 15 days from the date of arrival, with a refund of the 30% payment made as collateral.
For cancellations more than 15 days from the date of arrival there is no refund
For cancellations the day before arrival or in case of no-show, full payment of the reservation is required.
