Villa Le Bolli offers a relaxing stay in the wild Tuscan nature. An entire villa completely renovated and equipped with every comfort, the ideal destination to enjoy time with your friends and relatives out of crowded areas. The villa is three kilometers far from the town of Radicondoli and is rented for the exclusive use of our guests. Twelve double bedrooms with private bathroom, air conditioning/heating, four shared lounges equipped with smart TV, billiards, table football, tennis tables, fully equipped professional kitchen, outdoor bio-climatic terrace and private swimming pool.
The characteristic village of Radicondoli is a perfect destination for those who want to relax and enjoy nature, landscapes, and local "zero" km products.
In the area of Villa Le Bolli you can enjoy many different activities: hiking, horse riding, biking, yoga, private tours and tastings.
You can manage the villa in full autonomy or request tailor-made services, such as breakfast, lunch or dinner, which will be provided on site.
We will take care of everything.
The structure is pet-friendly and "love friendly", any guest shall be welcome!
The villa is sanitized regularly and in accordance with the provisions in force. To ensure high safety, procedures have been activated such as paperless check-in, contactless and electronic payments.
The price of the villa is to be intended for 26 people and for a 3 nights stay. For groups of over 26 guests (up to a maximum of 36 people) a supplement will be required. 10% discount off on our price list already included. A damage deposit of 1500 euros is required and returned by bank transfer in the days following departure.

Price does not include fees for credit card or Paypal settlements (~ 2/5%).
From the beginning of the contract, the customer has 10 days to cancel and request a refund which will be 100% of the deposit already paid, with the exception of 250 euros to cover management costs.
After 10 days from the first payment, in case of cancellation of the stay, the entire deposit will be retained. It will be possible to receive a voucher of equal or lesser amount "at the discretion of the lessor" (az. Agr. Beata Pierangelo) based on the events: for example in case of force majeure, such as restrictions of the coronavirus, the renter has the right to select an alternative date and the deposit already paid will be used in full for the new booking.
