Albergo La Pietra, originally established in 1821 along the ancient Sienese walls in the heart of Roccalbegna, was renovated in 2021 and is now managed by the local Davide Lazzaretti Community Cooperative.
The hotel offers B&B, half-board, and restaurant services, featuring seven unique guest rooms with private bathrooms, parquet or terracotta floors, and views of the Roccalbegna cliff or the Albegna valley.
It serves as a perfect gateway for hiking in the nearby Pescinello, Monte Labbro, and Bosco Rocconi Nature Reserves, or for swimming in the natural rock pools of the Albegna river. It is also located 30 minutes from Mount Amiata and 40 minutes from the Saturnia Thermal Baths.
