In the centre of Castellina Scalo the monumental church of Cristo Re and Maria Nascente whose construction began in 1931 and which was then consecrated in 1933. The parish building of the district, it is designed according to a Latin cross plan, with a semi-circular apse. The façade was constructed in marble in the lower part and in plaster in the upper part, with a front door surmounted by a lunette with a round arch and a canopy, and a mosaic.
