The Feast, until the 1960s-1970s, was a strong draw for the population of the area which, in many cases (a lack of public transport) would come on foot from farmhouses and villages. Today the tradition is maintained thanks to the committment of the Circolo Arci di Poggio Rosa which organises the meeting in accordinance with the Parish of Castiglione.
