Hike & Pizza making in Chianti

The Chianti Classico lands are not often associated with pizza, but the art of what is probably the most iconic food of Italian cuisine is practiced here as well.
WeHike takes you on a journey to discover the secrets of making a perfect pizza.

We will start hiking a narrow path, immersed in the characteristic landscape of the gentle Chianti hills, enjoying a beautiful panorama of the Village of Montefioralle. Step by step, hovering between echoes of the past and swaths of pristine nature, we will pass through dense forests of oak and chestnut trees, admiring the flora and fauna that bring to life the valley of Greve in Chianti.

We will arrive at a family-run farmhouse where we will have the opportunity to learn the art of making pizza, one of the most famous dishes of our gastronomic traditions. 

With a spectacular view of the Chianti Classico hills, we will begin our experience: we will knead the dough together and cook our favorite pizza. Finally, we will taste it together, naturally accompanied by Chianti Classico wine, typical of the area.
