There are also tastings of traditional products, lectures and practical demonstrations to learn how to cook, to recognize the herbs, preparing tomato sauce in order to get in touch with the ancient crafts and traditions of the territory. To join this initiative you have two possibilities: either reach the destination with a private car or get on one of the free buses provided by Coldiretti Tuscany to reach Tuscany from Rome and from Bologna following predetermined routes.
