Discovering the flavors of Mugello: the Milk Route

A journey through taste to discover the origins of products

The uniqueness of Mugello comes above all from the table: the local flavors and dishes are a security for lovers of good food. Some of the specialties that are produced certainly include chestnut, raviggiolo, truffles and potato tortelli.
The real feather in the cap remains milk, also known as Mugello's white gold.
The simplicity and genuineness of this food is due to good breeding practices: the cows are free to graze in controlled and safe fields, as well as being fed excellent fodder.
