Fermento. Beer and Cheese

In Torrita di Siena, located in Valdichiana Senese, on Saturday, June 14 and Sunday, June 15, comes the pairing of craft beer and signature cheese. 

The historic center of Torrita di Siena will be transformed into an open-air tasting trail. Food and wine stands will be set up along the picturesque streets of the historic center, with the direct presence of artisanal breweries and dairies.

Participating in this event means discovering all the goodness of the beer-cheese pairing, tasting high quality products, meeting local producers, while experiencing the joys of uniting tastings, culture and music.                

The program:

• Saturday, June 14
  From 5:00 pm, in the historic center of Torrita di Siena
  Itinerant beer and cheese tastings with the producers – all you need is a coupon to take part in the tasting, featuring surprising combinations of beer and cheese, with stops at the taverns of the Contrade (Wards) of the Palio dei Somari. Reservations are not necessary. Coupons will be available for purchase on-site on the day of the event.
  Live music with: 
  Dark Street – the guitar, bass and drums trio that will open the evening with a repertoire of rock and blues 
  Country Rock Blues Band – a Creedence Clearwater Revival cover band
