The quartet led by Eugenia Canale proposes a project entirely focused on Giacomo Puccini's last masterpiece: Turandot. Of the original pages, only the most representative leitmotifs are retained, with the intention of transfiguring the source material into something very modern and different from the original score. This is an ambitious contemporary jazz work intended to emphasize the extremely modern and revolutionary features of this opera.
