On Saturday, December 3 and Sunday, December 4, the 11th edition of MareDiVino will be held, the great "showcase" of wines from the Livorno area and the Etruscan Coast, as well as products of regional gastronomic excellence.
It will be possible to taste wines from the province of Livorno, first and foremost those of Bolgheri and the Val di Cornia, but also from the neighboring area of Montescudaio and Riparbella, from the areas of Terratico di Bibbona and the islands of Elba and Capraia, meeting directly and personally with the producers.
The food area will feature the products of farmers and breeders who share and apply Slow Food's principle of "good, clean and fair for all." Among these, special attention will be paid to extra virgin olive oil producers, while a specific section will be devoted to some of the Tuscan craft breweries in the Slow Beer guide.
The wines on display can be tasted through the purchase of a tasting glass at the following rates:
- 20 €
- 15 € FISAR, SLOW FOOD and AIS members with membership card
- 5 € admission without tasting
- free for children under 12 accompanied by an adult
Tickets will be available for purchase only during the two-day event.
MareDiVino is organized by the Livorno F.I.S.A.R. Delegation in collaboration with Slow Food - Livorno Condotta.
