Full day in Florence: semi private tour

Is it possible to visit most of Florence in one day? The answer is definitely yes! This semi-private tour will give you the chance to see the most famous sites in the city. 

In fact, you will walk through the streets of Florence's historic centre together with a local guide. This will be followed by a visit to the Accademia Gallery, where you can admire the works of Michelangelo and other artists. After a short lunch break and some free time, you will discover one of the most important museums: the Uffizi Gallery!

After the guided tour of the centre, you'll visit the Accademia Gallery where our guide will tell you anecdotes that tie in with the lives and works of the various artists, a treasure well kept here. You will admire one of Michelangelo's greatest masterpieces - the David - and discover the details that made it the symbol of the city.

Once you have finished your visit to the Accademia, you will have an hour of free time to have lunch or an ice cream.

In the afternoon you are scheduled to visit the Uffizi Gallery, where you will finally get to see live the works of art you have always seen in books and magazines! The secrets, techniques and tools behind the works will be revealed. Once in front of such works, you will understand why Florence is called "The Cradle of the Renaissance."
