Two days of liberty art and nature in Tuscany

We are very glad to host you for one night in our bed and breakfast Antica Terrazza Pietramala in the heart of Mugello.

Our B&B is located in a very beautiful area in the province of Florence. Pietramala is a little town in the mountains, so you can spend your time hiking in the many paths, we will be here to give you some advice as we love hiking as well. 

There are many good restaurants offering typical food from Mugello, as well. Do not hesitate to ask for some advice!
Our B&B is part of Eco B&B community, we only use sustainable products and local and organic food for our famous breakfast: yogurt, cheese, honey, bread...everything comes from local producers! 

Very close to the location you can find a museum dedicated to Galileo Chini (Florence, 2 December 1873 - 23 August 1956). Galileo Chini was an Italian decorator, designer, painter, and potter. A prominent member of the italian art nouveau. He taught decorative arts at the accademia di Belle Arti in Florence. Inside the museum you will find a collection dedicated to the artistic history of Galileo Chini and his family. The trail, which naturally begins with an exhibition of masterpieces created via the l’Arte della Ceramica, continues with an in-depth account of the artistic genius of Galileo Chini.

Besides, from Borgo S. Lorenzo it is possible to go to Florence by train in just 20 minutes.
