Summer holidays in October between sea and hills

Discover Villa Poggio Al Vento, a stone farmhouse located in the Ricrio estate. It is situated in the hills 15 kilometres from the beach and in the district of Casale Marittimo and offers up to 10 beds.

The house has a beautiful dominant position while retaining a cozy feel, and features a private four-sided infinity pool that measures 10 x 4 meters, with a depth of 145 cm. The pool can be heated on request.

The property includes a private garden and a functional BBQ with a pizza oven. The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor, with the ground floor completely finished in stone.

On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a fireplace, sofas, and TV, a raised area with a kitchen and dining area that has direct access to the garden and porch. The outdoor area features a large wrought iron and stone table, and a sunbathing area around the pool with sun loungers, chairs, and umbrellas.

The house has four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a double room with direct access from the garden. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor: two doubles and one with four single beds.  All rooms have mosquito nets, and there is a high-speed Wi-Fi connection on the ground floor. The pool, for exclusive use, is open!
