Three times a week, in the historic center of Florence, there is a special gastronomic experience: the Italian cooking class to learn how to make pasta!
Lasting about 3 hours, at the end of the lesson there is the "food tasting": you will taste what you have cooked, including water and wine.
The lesson begins with four of the most important Italian pastas, of which three hand made, with sauces, meat and vegetable main courses and a dessert: the heart of the Italian culinary tradition.
Price is per person. Optionally it is possible to request vegetarian.
