Sailing on board of a Stand Up Paddle (SUP), we have the wonderful opportunity to experience the aquatic environment in the strict sense of the term. Slip on the smooth surface of the water, in an elevated position, with the silence interrupted by the lapping of the sea under the keel or by the calls of the seagulls... you can live this experience accompanied by an Environmental Hiking Guide who will make you appreciate every single row in total safety.
Our itineraries will take us to visit the rocky coast of the Rocchette promontory with its high cliffs and the historic watchtowers, the discovery of the Bruna river and the wonder of the humid environment of the Diaccia Botrona. Finally, a route to Punta Ala towards Cala Violina to visit one of the most beautiful coves in Tuscany.

The tour takes place on Monday and Wednesday of each week with departure approximately at 8 am.
The itinerary of the excursion will be agreed upon following telephone and e-mail contact and will depend above all on the weather and sea conditions. The guide reserves the right to modify the itinerary to ensure the safety of the group he leads.
