From olives to oil: harvesting, pressing and tasting

Discover the methods of artisanal processing of the organic olive oil and its use in traditional tuscan cuisine

From October to December you can participate in the harvesting and pressing of olives in our olive grove at Agriturismo Diacceroni. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our guide who will accompany you to our olive grove, where you can follow our tradition by hand-picking the olives.

During the visit to our small mill, you will witness the cold pressing of the olives harvested during the day and you will interact with our expert guide who will show you, in Italian and English, all the secrets and curiosities of our organic extra virgin olive oil: how our green gold is born, the methods of craftsmanship and its use in traditional Tuscan cuisine. 

At the end of the experience, small samples will allow you to savour the intense and spicy flavour of our oil and you will receive a 250 ml bottle of freshly pressed organic extra virgin olive oil.
