A day dedicated to discovering the typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine combined with organic wines produced by Il Borghetto

Azienda Agricola Il Borghetto awaits you on the hills around San Casciano in Val di Pesa to host a cooking day with its organic wines. You will learn how to prepare a full meal with all the secrets of Tuscan cuisine, with only seasonal ingredients and extra virgin olive oil in combination with wines produced at "Il Borghetto". You can also explore aromatic herbs and organic vegetable gardens. 

The day in the farm includes:

  • One cooking demonstration in the morning (from 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM)
  • A special walk to the Etruscan Tomb of the Archer inside the organic olive grove
  • One meal (from 1.30 PM to 3.00)
  • A selection of our wines (3 glasses) during the demonstration and the meal with an introduction to our organic vineyard and work in the cellar
  • Tasting of our organic extra virgin olive oil
  • Recipes

Prices (minimum 4, maximum 10 persons):

  • € 160,00 per person for a group of 4 persons
  • € 140,00 per person for a group of 5/10 persons

For persons who wish to have lunch/dinner, but are not attending the course, the cost for lunch would be € 50 (wine and liquors not included)
