A local housewife will guide you to discover the recipes and dishes of the Tuscan tradition during an exclusive cooking class in a typical farmhouse. You will understand and know the area through its products directly preparing with your own hands the Tuscan pici (typical local pasta), adding salt and pepper to prepare the ragù sauce with garlic or Chianina meat (local cow variety) and picking the vegetables from the garden.

Your cooking class will begin with the preparation of a classic Tuscan appetizer, with tomato bruschetta, “black” croutons with fegatini (tasty livers) and salami and Tuscan bread, then moving on to the preparation of hand-made pici and a delicious dessert. At the end of the experience, the table will be waiting for you to enjoy the dishes just cooked by you. A good glass of Tuscan wine and extra virgin olive oil will join the meal to enhance the authentic taste of Tuscan cuisine.
